The increase of limit torque Tlim of the torque limiter 22 at engine start-up can be controlled since an oil pump 24 is driven and torque limiter 22 is lubricated before the engine start-up. Therefore, since the torque limiter 22 slips even if an excessive torque is transmitted at the engine start-up by desired limit torque Tlim, the increase of the load that relates the rotary shaft and a bearing is controlled. Thereby, strength of the rotary shaft and the bearing from this need not be raised in excess, and as a result, weight increase and upsizing of the rotary shaft and the bearing can be controlled.
