Abstract:

A data processing part prepares a time chart for each operator, an actual value for each operation, and a warning display data, on the basis of the signal information table and the target value table. A production manager grasps a production stage in real time by checking the rear value table, and is known the consistency of the line balance in the process, by checking the time chart for each operator.
