Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator who becomes an intermediation destination candidate to monitor speech content in accordance with use language of a caller.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a line control part for controlling communication between an outside line and an operator terminal; a language determination part for determining a use language candidate of a caller; an operator language storage part for storing language to which each operator can respond; an operator extraction part for extracting the operator who can respond to the use language candidate of the caller determined by the language determination part from the operator language storage part; and a conversation transfer part for enabling the operator extracted by the operator extraction part to monitor a conversation between the caller and a response operator who responds to an inquiry of the caller. The line control part connects the outside line to an operator terminal of the operator on the basis of an operation of the operator who has monitored the conversation between the caller and the response operator transferred by the conversation transfer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
