Abstract:
To provide a control device and a program that are able to efficiently prevent a residual quantity of a storage battery from becoming empty or fully charged.SOLUTION: A control device includes: a frequency monitoring unit configured to monitor a frequency from an electric power system; a charging-rate monitoring unit configured to monitor a charging rate of a storage battery; a changing unit configured to change a slope of a droop characteristic, which is an amount of output change per amount of frequency change at the frequency other than a dead zone, in accordance with the charging rate; and a control unit configured to control charging or discharging of the storage battery, based on the slope of the droop characteristic changed by the changing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
