Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a rotary electric machine capable of demonstrating performance of the rotary electric machine at maximum.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises a stator core comprising an annular stator yoke and a plurality of teeth projecting at equal intervals in one radial direction from the stator yoke, a coil formed by windings that are wound around the teeth, and a temperature measurement part for measuring temperature of the windings. A control device for the rotary electric machine comprises a control part for performing controlling to restrict an output of the rotary electric machine, on the basis of a result obtained by comparing the temperature of the windings measured by the temperature measurement part with a predetermined threshold. The control part selects a value corresponding to an operational situation of the rotary electric machine from among a plurality of different values, as the predetermined threshold that is a temperature for protecting the windings from being overheated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
