PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle seat control device which can execute posture control not to give uncomfortableness to a crewman.
CONSTITUTION: A steering sensor 62 and a vehicle speed sensor 64 are connected to a control device 40, which obtains the running state of a vehicle on inputted detection value for obtaining the control quantity of a seat 10 by taking advantage of fuzzy inference. Seat posture driving sections 20A-20D are driven according to the control quantity of the seat 10 to displace the posture of the seat 10 so that inertia force generated according to the running state of the vehicle may be offset. In addition, the control device 40 is provided with a memory 56 in which plural number of correcting tables are stored, and the table is selected by a switch 70A. When the posture of the vehicle alters, and the detected values of stroke sensors 66A-66D therefore exceed fixed value, the control quantity of the posture displacement of the vehicle is corrected on reference to the selected table in the memory 56.
