Abstract:
To make double feeding hard to occur in a sheet carrying device.
When drawing-out of a sheet by a pick-up roller is started by starting driving of a paper feeding motor in Step S5 and then the paper feeding motor is driven by the number of predetermined pulses for paper feeding (Step S7), that is, before the sheet is nipped by downstream members, a lift plate is lowered (Step S8).
