To provide a control circuit for a solenoid proportional valve in which a dither current is superposed with a coil current so as to prevent a spool from sticking, in order to precisely maintain the linearity between a current command signal and the coil current even though the coil current is low.
In an adder 3, a dither compensating signal delivered from a dither compensating circuit 5 is subtracted from an instruction input signal delivered from a control circuit, and a dither signal delivered from a dither signal generating circuit 4 is added to the command input signal. A deviation between an output signal from the adder 3 and a feed-back signal fed-back from a coil 6 through a current detecting circuit, is inputted to a PWM converting circuit 9 for controlling a drive circuit 11 so as to energize the coil 6. Further, the dither compensating circuit 5 is composed of a vibro-center level detecting circuit for detecting a vibro-center level of the dither signal, a subtractor for subtracting this vibro-center level from the command input signal, and a detector circuit for output putting the dither compensating signal in which a positive part of the output from the substrator is set to be zero.
