PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control system, and a storage battery control method that can efficiently control a plurality of storage batteries installed at a user.SOLUTION: A control device for communicating with an apparatus installed at a user comprises a communication unit for receiving storage battery information on a new storage battery from the new storage battery when the new storage battery gets connected with the control device. The storage battery information includes information on the degree of deterioration per model of the new storage battery. The communication unit receives the storage battery information with a format in accordance with a prescribed protocol.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
