PURPOSE: To obtain structural water supplied to livestock to activate the same by filtering water to remove impurities when structural water is made and sterilizing various bacteria in water while deodorizing the water.

CONSTITUTION: The water stored in a water tank W is circulated to a first circulating circuit 1 consisting of a filter (e), a ceramic packed contact device (h) and an ultraviolet irradiation device (i) and sterilized and disinfected in a second circulating circuit 2 consisting of a sound wave generating pump (n), a water amt. adjusting valve (o) and a water stream type sound wave generator (p) and the structural water precisely modified and activated in the water tank W is discharged by a structural water sending pump (m).
