Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel automatic changeover to a parking range by simple operation when vehicle power is off, as well as to allow a driver to recognize that such a changeover cancel operation is executed.SOLUTION: In a condition where an engine (a driving source) is driving, when a long push operation of an N range button (a selection operation of a predetermined shift range) is carried out through an SBW shifter, an engine start/stop button blinks to inform a driver (refer to step S1 and step S2). While the engine start/stop button 24 continues to blink, when the engine start/stop button is pushed to stop the engine (the driving source), a neutral range is maintained without automatically changing to a parking range (refer to step S3 and step S4).
