Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can obtain a large engine brake output while securing a function of a decompression device when engine brake is applied.SOLUTION: In a control device of a vehicle having a decompression device for reducing in-cylinder pressure by lifting a decompression valve at least during a compression stroke of an engine, the control device controls the decompression device so as to be operated at a prescribed decompression lift amount in a range of an engine rotation number higher than a prescribed engine rotation number in which engine rotation resistance torque at the non-operation of the decompression device and engine rotation resistance torque when the decompression device operates at the prescribed decompression lift amount become the same in a state in which an engine is fuel-cut at a requirement of an engine brake.
