Abstract:
To suppress or avoid a problem that an internal combustion engine is wastefully continued in motoring for securing brake booster negative pressure in an environment in which atmospheric pressure at a high land or the like is low.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicle controls the vehicle which is mounted with an internal combustion engine, a break booster for accumulating intake negative pressure which is generated at a downstream side of a throttle valve in an intake passage of the internal combustion engine, and boosting a brake pedaling force by using the negative pressure, and an electric motor for rotationally driving the internal combustion engine. When a magnitude of the negative pressure possessed by the brake booster goes down below a threshold, the control device rotationally drives the internal combustion engine by the electric motor, and as current atmospheric pressure is low, reduces an opening (=α+β) of the throttle valve at that time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
