This control device is provided with a lateral distribution control unit Y1 of driving force that can change distribution of driving force to lateral rear wheels 21, 22 of a vehicle, an added valve unit Y2 and an ABS unit Y3 that can impart braking force individually to lateral front wheels 24, 25, sensors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 for detecting the traveling state of the vehicle, and a controller 10 for controlling the lateral distribution control unit Y1 of driving force added value unit Y2 and ABS unit Y3 in a related state on the basis of the detected result of these sensors.
