This control device has an operation content storage part 1a for associatively storing voice data and the operation content of a vehicular door, and a control part 1c for controlling opening-closing of the door on the basis of the determined operation content by determining the operation content of the door by collating voice data recognized by a voice recognizing part 1b with the voice data stored in the operation content storage part 1a, and is characterized by having a transceiver 6 for receiving ID transmitted from a portable unit 5 carried by the user, an ID storage part 1d for storing the ID of the portable unit 5, a collating part 1e for collating the ID received by the transceiver 6 with the ID stored in the ID storage part 1d, and a permitting part 1f for permitting opening-closing control of the door by the control part 1c when a collating result of the collating part 1e is affirmative.
