To provide a control device for raising the temperature of oil more effectively because the acceleration of an oil temperature rise is limited by only an engagement device such as a clutch or brake.
A control device is provided with a temperature rise control unit for executing a temperature rise control by controlling an engagement device into a slipping engagement state thereby to cause an internal combustion engine to output a torque in its rotational direction and a rotational electric machinery to output a torque in the rotational direction or in the reversely rotational direction. The temperature rise control unit causes the rotational electric machinery to output the torque in the rotational direction, if it is determined to perform discharging, and to output the torque in the inversely rotational direction, if it is determined to perform charging.
