Evaporation of adhering fuel with using negative pressure produced in a downstream side of the intake air control valve 23 and air fuel mixture and adhering fuel of evaporating fuel is drawn into a combustion chamber 13 by high speed intake air flow generated simultaneously with valve open of the intake air control valve 23.
