This control device comprises a bathtub 19, a heat source machine 9 having a hot water supply heat exchanger 10 and a hot water fill solenoid valve 12, a heat source machine remote control 1, an automatic switch 20 for instruction to fill hot water into the bathtub 9, a heat source machine remote control communication means 5 for communication with the heat source machine remote control 1, a bathroom heater 3 for ventilating the bathroom 9, a bathroom heater remote control communication means 6 for communication with the bathroom heater 3, a ventilating operation interlocking means 7 for instruction to operate the bathroom heater 3 in interlocking with the operation of the automatic switch 20, an automatic switch determining means 31 for determining the on/off operation of the automatic switch 20 using the heat source machine remote control communication means 6, a temperature retaining means for retaining the temperature of the hot water in the bathtub for a preset time during filling the hot water therein using the automatic switch 20, and a temperature retaining time determining means 37 for determining that temperature retention is finished.
