Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the positioning between respective works on X, Y and θtables and a tool to these works taking also the angles, which are formed by the tool and the works, into consideration.
CONSTITUTION: An amount of driving of the Y-axis of a Y table 10, the amount of driving of the X-axis of an X table 20 and the amount of driving of the θ-axis of a θ table 30 are decided so that the respective initial positions of the Y, X and θ tables 10, 20 and 30, that is, the initial position of a printed board 40, coincides with the position of an electronic component grasped by a tool 50 and the Y, X and θ tables 10, 20 and 30 are respectively driven on the basis of each of these amounts of driving.
