To provide a control device that has a long-life cooling mounting structure capable of sufficiently cooling electronic equipment using a plurality of fans for rack-mounted type industrial PCs mounted in stages in server rack.
The control device is provided with a fan unit 4 having a plurality of fans installed nearby the center of the control device in parallel to the device front, a plurality of fans installed upstream or downstream of a heat generating body such as a CPU 29, and a straightening plate and a straightening duct installed to prevent diffusion, turbulence, and backflow of cooling air by aggregating the cooling air. The electronic equipment having a large heat quantity is thereby efficiently cooled, and heat is discharged to outside the electronic equipment for cooling the device. Holes for air suction and discharge are formed in side surfaces and the back of the device, the area of air suction from the front is suppressed, and performance against dust is also improved.
