Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve responsiveness of engine output during re-acceleration of recovery from slip.SOLUTION: A control device includes: a variable valve timing mechanism 50 capable of adjusting at least valve opening timing of an exhaust valve of an engine mounted to a vehicle; a supercharger having a turbine driven by exhaust gas of the engine and a compressor provided coaxially with the turbine and pressure-feeding intake air; a slip state detection section 110 for detecting a slip state of idling of a driving wheel of the vehicle relative to a road surface; and a traction control section 120 for performing timing advance control for lowering output of the engine by advancing the valve opening timing of the exhaust valve from valve opening timing in steady operation of the engine when the slip state is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
