Abstract:
To provide a control device which increases the seat turnover rate for a restaurant.SOLUTION: In a system in which at least one control device and at least one terminal device can communicate with each other over a network, a control unit 21 of a control device 20 obtains statement data indicating a dwell time stated by a customer visiting a restaurant, selects a seat of seats of the restaurant to which the customer is lead according to the dwell time indicated by the obtained statement data, outputs guide data indicating the selected seat, obtains dwell data indicating an actual dwell time of the customer, and determines whether or not to give an incentive to the customer depending on whether the dwell time indicated by the obtained dwell data is equal to or less than the dwell time indicated by the statement data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
