Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the incomplete closing operation of a shutter and completely close an opening by controlling to close the shutter after opening and closing operations are repeated several times when the shutter is driven to a closing side by driving a motor for opening or closing the shutter.
SOLUTION: After an operation for discharging grain fed to a machine body therefrom is completed, when a shutter 3 for switching the circulating operation and the discharging operation of grain is operated to a closing side interlocking with an operation for stopping a conveyor for conveying the grain such as a lower conveyor, an elevator 2 or the like, or when the shutter 3 is driven to move to the closing side under the operation of a single switch without interlocking with the operation for stopping the conveyor, the shutter 3 carries out opening and closing operations several times, cleans a part between the the upper surface of the shutter 3 and the lower surface of the conveying trough 111 of an upper conveyor 11, and then moves to a closed position. Thus, an opening 12 can be completely closed by the shutter 3.
