PURPOSE: To improve the extent of controllability at time of detachment of a remote control part and in the case where this remote control part is used after being stored by housing the remote control part in a seating installed in front of a guard net, while installing a switch operating part in a base too.

CONSTITUTION: A remote control part 4 is housed in a seating 3 installed in front of a guard net 2, and this remote control part 4 is also able to operate each of control buttons 7-1, 7-2 through an operating hole 8 of this seating 3. In addition, a switch operating part 19 is installed in a base 13 too. With this constitution, detachability of the remote control part 4 and operational control at time of housing the remote control part 4 can be facilitated for a user. Moreover, operational control over an electric fan is freely operable from either side of the remote control part 4 and the switch operating part 19.
