Abstract:
The present invention provides: a control apparatus that is unlikely to hamper the convenience of an elevator with unnecessary controlled operations; an elevator system; and a control panel. This control apparatus (15) for an elevator system (1) comprises a water overtopping level storage unit (16) and a determination unit (19). The water overtopping level storage unit (16) stores therein information of a water overtopping level for each of multiple units of elevator (2). The water overtopping level refers to a flooding water level at which water flooding the outside of a building (3) that has an elevator (2) installed therein starts to flow into a pit (5) of said elevator (2) from the outside of the building (3). In the case when notification of detection of flooding water is received from any one of the pits (5) of the respective elevators (2), the determination unit (19) determines, on the basis of information stored in the water overtopping level storage unit (16), which one of the multiple elevators (2) is to be transmitted an instruction to go into flood control operation.
