PURPOSE: To change a control gain preset in an automobile control device according to a characteristic of a driver or a characteristic of an automobile working condition or a kind of an automobile traveling road.

CONSTITUTION: A driver is made to fill in a data recording card 31, and a characteristic of a driver or a characteristic of an automobile working condition is extracted beforehand from the driver, and data on the extracted result is written in an IC card 15 through a dealer exclusive input device 9, and in a condition where the IC card 15 is installed in an IC card connector 16 arranged in an automobile 1, data of the IC card 15 is read in a control gain changing processing device, and a control gain preset in an automobile control device is changed according to the data. Thereby, a characteristic of the automobile 1 can be changed to an easy-to-fit type characteristic, so that a travel characteristic or a maneuvering characteristic suitable for the driver can be realized.
