To provide a controller which doesn't require update of a program controlling operations of a movable part of an automatic operation device, regardless of changes in movement sequence and movement path of the movable part, and a control information generation device and method which generates control information for use in the controller.
The control information generation device 2 includes; an operation step setting part 31 which specifies image data obtained when the movable part is in reference positions of a plurality of operation steps, in the execution order of operation steps; a sequence setting means 21 having a reference position setting part 33 for specifying reference positions of the movable part on image data; a timing setting means 22 which sets a movement direction of the movable part and a delay time from the start of an operation step to the movement start of the movable part; and a control information generation means 23 which generates movement path information R, delay time information T, and operation signal information S on the basis of inputs to the sequence setting means 21 and the timing setting means 22.
