Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture control system response with the relation of input and output, and judge the normal or anomaly of the response by capturing the relation of a main control system input and a request signal to the object as the relation of input to the main later step part and the request signal to the object. SOLUTION: A plant 1 is automatically treated and operated by the control signals from a control system group installed in an automatic operation device 2. The device 2 judges the next operation by the state and trend of the plant and determines an operation quantity and timing. The plant behavior, the state of operation and trend are transferred by an operation information provider 3 to a monitoring device 4. Operators judge if the information is normal or abnormal. When an operator needs to know more information to judge good or bad of the control characteristics of the control components, he selects a control object via an input part 51 and inputs it in a device 6. Upon input, a master and slave control system judging part 52 discriminates the master and slave control systems corresponding to the control object selected from the data base 6 indicating the relation between an installed control system group 61 and an object group 62.
