A cam part 34 which presses and moves a pusher 29 is provided on the shaft part 32 of the control lever 31, and a dynamic vibration absorber 40 consisting of a mass and an elastic member is detachably provided at a position close to the grip part 33. The mass of the dynamic vibration absorber 40 is a ring-shaped member having a large diameter, and the elastic member is bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the dynamic vibration absorber. An attachment ring is fixedly mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the elastic member, and the attachment ring is fitted and fixed on the shaft part.
