Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for an air conditioner, and the air conditioner capable of returning cold and hot water to a heat source side at a sufficient temperature difference, to reduce pump conveying power, to reduce a bore of cold and hot water piping, to improve refrigerator performance efficiency, and to prevent turbulence of thermal stratification in a heat storage layer.
SOLUTION: In the control method for the air conditioner 21, circulating feed of the cold and hot water to a heat exchanger 25 of a fan coil device 23 is carried out, and heat exchange between air and the cold and hot water is carried out by passing the air through the heat exchanger 25. Cold and hot water temperature of a return pipe 29 connected to the heat exchanger 25 is detected, and an amount of the hot and cold water to be passed through the heat exchanger 25 is increased or reduced so that the hot and cold water temperature becomes a predetermined temperature. A ratio of volume of indoor air passing the heat exchanger 25 and volume of indoor air bypassing the heat exchanger 25 is variably controlled so that heat-exchanged air becomes a predetermined temperature after passing the fan coil device 23.
