To start proper emergency brake operation by providing a proper means in the case of accurate function monitoring or error of pressure adjustment in operation of a brake device.
A pump 42 is operated when a brake process is started and/or when an accumulator pressure 46 in an accumulator 44 is lowered down to a prescribed value or less. An error is estimated in the case of a change of the accumulator pressure 46 not smaller than a negative target value. The cause of this error is due to that a wheel pressure sensor shows a pressure of error or that heating and expansion are formed by a shutoff valve without opening in a closed space relating to a valve of a front wheel, temperature compensation valve without opening or a choked pipe, and that heating and expansion are formed by a pressure release valve without opening in the case of rear wheel brake or a pressure equalizer valve or a choked pipe.
