In this boiler control method of an exhaust gas flue of the convertor in copper smelting, the drum is heated and the blowing is automatically implemented on the basis of a drum pressure measured value PV value and a set value SV value of heated steam pressure in zero furnace blowing (non-blowing), the blowing is switched from zero furnace to one furnace while keeping a lowest water level, and further the blowing can be switched from one furnace to two furnace, when the boiler of two or more converters is controlled by using one drum.
