Abstract:
To provide a depth control method capable of stably controlling a towed body so as to be located at a target depth.
In this towed body towed by a vessel, a set rope length 15 and set vessel speed 14 for towing the towed body are operated based on target speed 3 and the target depth 2 of the towed body, and thereby the towed body is controlled so as to be located at the target depth 2.
