Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent that a raw material to be drawn, which is housed in a coiled shape on a fixed carrier, is impossible to be discharged by coiling round the fixed carrier, or to prevent that the raw material to be drawn, comes loose and twists, and to smoothly discharge it from the fixed carrier.
CONSTITUTION: An induction device 15 equipped with a rotation arm 12 rotated and driven by a drive motor 5 in the upside of a fixed carrier 2, and an induction roller 13 arranged on this rotation arm 12, is installed. The number of rotations of the rotation arm 12 rotated by the drive motor 5 installed on the leading/trailing induction device 15 in the direction unwinding the raw material 3 to be drawn from the fixed carrier 2, is synchronized and controlled according to the wire drawing speed of a wire drawing machine. And, while finely adjusting the number of rotations of the rotation arm 12 according to the change of the load current value of the drive motor 5, the raw material to be drawn, is supplied to a wire drawing machine via upper rollers 10 through the induction roller 13 installed on the induction device 15, and is drawn.
