To provide a gas turbine power generation plant for performing the power generation by a DC generator by using one fuel and the other fuel in which one fuel is preferentially used to the other fuel, and the number of rotation of a turbine is controlled to be constant.
The gas turbine power generation plant comprises a compressor (1), a combustor (2), a turbine (3), a DC generator (4), a first fuel valve (6) for controlling the flow rate of a first fuel to be fed to the combustor, a second fuel valve (7) for controlling the flow rate of a second fuel to be fed to the combustor, a first fuel valve control unit (21) and a second fuel valve control unit (22) for controlling the first and second fuel valves respectively based on the power generation output of the DC generator, and a power generation output control unit (23) for controlling the power generation output based on the number of rotation of the turbine.
