Abstract:

To provide a paddle dryer for preventing a trouble such as clogging or the like by a sensor and a control program capable of approximately accurately recognizing a content in the container.

A paddle dehydration dryer of this invention has a structure in which a dehydration chamber 36 and U-sectional space 38 covering the outer periphery of the dehydration chamber are formed on an iron frame base 20 by an upper plate 30, inner plate 31, outer plate 32, feeding side plate 33 and discharging side plate 34; a main shaft 40 horizontally passing inside the dehydration chamber 36 is provided with a plurality of paddles 41 and rotated; and hot air is flowed into the U-sectional space 38. At the upper part of the upper plate 30, slurry upper surface DL data generated by a slurry upper surface sensor 60 vertically passing inside the dehydration chamber 36 and load current I data of a major shaft driving motor MP acting as an energy source for rotating the main shaft 40 are computed by a control device 46 so as to instruct a driving of a feeding screw conveyor 45 and a driving of a discharging screw conveyor 44.
