Abstract:

PURPOSE: To speedily restrict speed fluctuation or torque fluctuation of a bridle roll even when tension of winding material is changed in a coil winding ling.

CONSTITUTION: A load cell 14 is provided as a tension detection means to a bridle roll 31, multipliers 12A-12C are provided to multiply deviation ΔT between a set tension value and a load cell output by control gains a α1-α3, and respective output values are added to torque commands as outputs of speed adjustors 10A-10C, and current control for bridle motors 7A-7C is performed by current adjustors (ACR) 8A-8C, thereby speed or torque fluctuation can be speedily restricted even when tension of winding material is changed.
