Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject control method capable of efficiently realizing the simplification of the quality judgment of a molded article and the process control of an injection molding machine by interposing a person at the time of formation of the frequency distribution of a place (specific time) having a large variation.
SOLUTION: The control method of an injection molding machine has a step 1 for storing data at a predetermined time interval at a time of molding, a step 2 for repeating the memory of data by the number of times of a shot, a step 3 for displaying all of data on the same screen at the predetermined time interval at the time of molding, a step 4 for selecting the specific time of the predetermined time interval at the time of molding large in the irregularity of data, a step 5 for operating frequency distribution to store the same, a step 6 for storing frequency distribution including control width and displaying the same on the same screen and a step 7 for judging a molded product to be acceptable if the frequency distribution is within the control width and judging the molded product to be unacceptable if the frequency distribution is out of the control width.
