Concerning the method for controlling the operation parameter of the medical work station such as the chair for treatment of a dentist provided for plural users, for example, each of users utilized a data medium assigned to himself, the work station is provided with a reader for the data medium, the operation parameter of each of users is stored on the data medium and when the data medium is loaded into the reader, the work station enables recognition and activity.
