Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response speed of the system by adding the calculated manipulated variable of a pivot to that of every actuator for sharing of these added variables and then relatively setting the manipulated variable of the pivot to zero.
SOLUTION: This system includes actuators 1 to 4 and controlled variable detectors 5 to 8. In addition, a multi-variable controller is added to set the sharing value 2 of the manipulated variable of a pivot to the actuators 1 to 4 with no consideration of presence of the pivot. The codes e1 to e4 show the control deviations, the codes V1 to V4 show the initialization value, and the codes U10 to U40 show the manipulated variables which are set by the controller 13 to the actuators 1 to 4 respectively. Furthermore, the codes U1 to U4 show the new manipulated variables set in the actuators 1 to 4 after the manipulated variable of the pivot is shared by the actuators. Then the manipulated variable of the pivot that is operated by the controller 13 is added to the manipulated variables of actuators 1 to 4 for sharing of these added variables. As a result, the manipulated variable of the pivot is relatively set to zero.
