Abstract:
To prevent damage of a tool, by making the processing of a work start with an oil sticking onto a processing part of the tool, when starting the processing after starting a processing machine or after replacing the tool.
When starting a main spindle unit 2 (the processing machine) or the replacement of the tool, before starting the processing of the work W, the processing part of the tool 1 is inserted into an inserting hole 61 arranged in a device 6 (an inserting object member), and oil mist is delivered from a mist supply port 12 arranged on the tip of the tool 1 in this state. Afterwards, the processing of the work W is started.
