PURPOSE: To improve efficiency by inputting plural sets of data with the storing/ delivering data for plural rotary-shelf single bodies as one set, carrying out storing/delivering operations for each set and rotating a rotary-shelf single body for which the operation is over and rotating a housing part for the following set for the storing/delivering operation.

CONSTITUTION: Each rotary-shaft single body 11a has plural housing parts 12a and a storing/delivering operation part 13 can cope with plural, e.g., 40 article housing parts 12a. Plural sets of storing/delivering data are inputted with the storing/delivering data for plural rotary-shelf single bodies 11a as one set. Storing/delivering operations are carried out for each set and a rotary- shelf single body 11a for which the operation is completed is rotated without waiting for the completion of the operations of the whole rotary-shelf single bodies 11a of the set, moving an article housing part 12a based on the storing/ delivering data of the following set to be moved to the storing/delivering operation part 13. Due to this structure, efficiency can be improved.
