PURPOSE: To control connections of signal lines for AV signals of plural AV equipments by an easy method.
CONSTITUTION: A center equipment 1 for control and plural AV equipments 2-4 are connected to each other through one control bus 9. The center equipment 1 and AC equipments 2-4 are connected to each other through signal cables for AV signals. The center equipment 1 has a selector. The center equipment 1 controls the discrimination numbers of the AC equipments 2-4 and connection information on the AV equipments 2-4. The AV equipments 2-4 are classified by their categories. When one of the AV equipments 2-4 has its signal line connected to another AC equipments, opposite AC equipments are specified by the category, and the center equipment 1 selects the AV equipment complying with the request among the AC equipments in the specified categories and switches its selector to connect necessary signal lines among the AV equipments 2-4.
