Abstract:

To provide a control method for a three-axial table which enables a three-dimensional tool to move in the three-axial table, allowing the tool to follow a desired curved line locus made on the peripheral surface of a cylinder, a method for fabricating blades of scissors using the control method, and a pair of scissors fabricated by the method.

In this control method for a three-axial table, where a three- dimensional tool can be moved along a helical locus that has been made at a specified inclination degree on the peripheral surface 11 of a cylinder 10, the locus Q is formed by connecting helical line segments that result from performing the helical interpolation more than one time on the peripheral surface of the cylinder. The inclination degree of each line segment has been specified optionally so that it can make up the desired quasi-curved line to compose the locus Q, along which the tool is to be moved. This control method can be applied to fabricating a pair of barber scissors with the edges recurved.
