Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a control method for preventing the generation of noises by a cavitation phenomenon and the loss of pump driving force caused at the time of restart of a water seal vacuum pump or the like.
CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum pump system with a water seal vacuum pump 7 for intaking sealed water through a seal water supply line 8 with a valve 11, the valve 11 is set to open after the lapse of preset delayed time after the restart of the operation of the water seal vacuum pump 7.
