Abstract:

To prevent an actual value suddenly changed toward a target value from giving impact to a vehicle and an unpleasant feel to a driver in transition from a slow coordination passage to a fast coordination passage.

A control method for a vehicle driving unit and its device are set to allow the operation with no impact in the fast coordination passage 5 during the conversion of a target value for an output variable of a driving unit. The actual value for the output variable is coordinated to be the target value via the slow coordination passage 1 or the fast coordination passage 5, depending on the operated condition of the driving unit. In the transition from the slow coordination passage 1 to the fast coordination passage 5, the target value is started from a desired value 225 and first equalized to the actual value 210 (205:t2) and followingly it is limited from its change (220:t2-t1) and reset to the desired value 225 again (t1).
