Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate an oscillation at the time of an excessive signal by saturating a component of a transfer function G2 before a component of a transfer function G1 becomes a saturated state at the time of an abnormality and setting the transfer function G2 to 1>>G2. CONSTITUTION:A position control circuit of a DC motor 5 is constituted of a position detector 6 for detecting a displacement state of a moving body by the motor 5, a differentiation circuit 7, an integration circuit 8, an adding circuit and a current driving circuit 10. Also, in the pre-stage of the integration circuit 8 of a control system, a limiter circuit 11 is inserted. As for this limiter circuit 11, its saturation level is set so that the integration circuit 8 becomes a saturated state equivalently by a sufficiently lower signal level than that of other circuit. Accordingly, as a level of a signal S2 exceeds this saturation level and increases, a ratio of a signal S3 to a signal S2 decreases. In such a way, even if an excessive signal is generated, a stable control can always be executed.
