The multi-user system comprises a first device 1 that can be operated by a first user to dynamically control an action of a participant; and a second device 2 that can be simultaneously operated by a second user to dynamically change the above described environment. The multi-user bi-directional control method for at least a first participant in an environment comprises a step of dynamically controlling an action of the first participant in the above described environment; and a step of dynamically changing the above described environment by a second user. A music environment in which the participant is a musical instrument and a game environment in which the participant is a character of a game are included.
