Title:
CONTROL OPERATION OF SEPARATELY EXCITED INVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5558783
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the interrupted state of current at normal operation and to maintain stable performance of start, stop, and normal operation by selecting the larger value of either a predetermined minimum-operation-current command value or an operation-current command value. CONSTITUTION:A circuit comprising a dc power supply 1 having no control function, a dc reactor 2, a separately excited inverter 3 employing a thyristor, and an ac system 4 is controlled and operated. At the time of start-up, an analog switch (AC) 10 is closed by a signel p, a current command value is increased from zero to Ip by a first delay circuit 5, and startig is made. During the operation, a predetermined minimum-operation-current command value Ipm and an operation-current command value Ip are compared (11), and the higher value is selected. Therefore, even though the command value Ip is drifted into the region of intermittent-current flowing state, Ipm is selected, thereby the intermittent-current operation is avoided. At the time of stopping, the AS 10 is opened by the signal p, the current command value is decreased to zero, and the device is stopped. In this constitution, the stable operation can be accomplished.
