PURPOSE: To stop accurately a body to be controlled to a desired angular position by outputting a control signal inputted to a ramp circuit while bypassing the ramp circuit when the state of the body to be controlled reaches a specific range at a period of the control by the ramp control.
CONSTITUTION: An output signal B of a ramp circuit is outputted to an output signal circuit 4 to apply the ramp control, and an input control signal A and the output signal B of the ramp circuit are compared and the difference between them reaching a specified value or below is detected, its detection signal C cuts off the connection between the ramp circuit 1 and the output signal circuit 4 is cut off, and the input control signal A is outputted to the output signal circuit 4 as it is. A comparison detection circuit 2 consists of differential amplifiers 21, 22, the input control signal A and the output signal B of the ramp circuit 1 are inputted to the differential amplifier 21 and the output of the differential amplifier 21 and a specific voltage are inputted to the differential amplifier 22. A changeover circuit 3 consists of a complementary transistors and the output of the ramp circuit 1 is outputted normally to the output signal circuit 4.
